DAY 1. – Belgrade

Meet & Greet at the Airport. Sightseeing of the Belgrade Fortress, visit the Roman Well built in the 18th century and the Big Gun Powder Warehouse from the 18th century. Transfer to the hotel and check-in. Overnight.

DAY 2. – North Serbia

Fruska Gora, Sremski Karlovci, Sremska Mitrovica, Zasavica and Novi Sad tour. The tour start with 2-3 hours ride to Vojodina region. Tour of Srem provides an opportunity to learn about a region that bears the name of Sirmium- today Sremska Mitrovica town, one of the four capitals of the Roman Empire and place of birth or death of seven Roman emperors. The program includes a tour of Zasavica, nature reserve, with panoramic cruise; visit to Fruska Gora mountain and Sremski Karlovci, which represent the place of preservation of Serbian culture in the 18th and 19th centuries, with relaxing wine tasting and lunch. After lunch follows visit to the Krusedol monastery on Fruska Gora mountain. Follows visit to Novi Sad town and it’s dominant Petrovaradin fortress, the second largest fortress in Europe. Dinner in a traditional restaurant with typical specialties from Vojvodina region. Return to Belgrade.

DAY 3. – Western Serbia

Sargan 8 railway, Mokra Gora, Zlatibor, Drvengrad and Uzice tour. Start the day with 4 hours drive to Sargan 8 Railway with coffee break at Divcibare Mountain, well known as “aerial SPA”. Lunch at ethno restaurant, with diverse Serbian national specialties typical for Western Serbia and rakjia drink. Stop at a Mokra Gora village in Zlatibor Mountain and ride through part of old touristic railway called Sargan Eight dated from 1925. It is a narrow-gauge railway that passes through 22 tunnels, over 5 bridges, and overcome the altitude difference of 300 meters, on a total distance of 15 kilometers. After drive along Sargan Eight railway through beautiful sceneries we will visit ethno village Drvengrad (wooden city), built by the famous Serbian film director Emir Kusturica, who won twice Palm d’Or on Cannes film festival. A Break for lunch, specialties of western Serbia. We continue our journey to Rujno Monastery built at 15th century on hill with beautiful view to Vrijci Lake. In this monastery monk Theodosius printed the first book in this area in 1537, only 48 years after Gutenberg. Next stop is in Uzice Town where we will visit the first power station built in 1900 by Nikola Tesla’s principles of alternating current in Serbia, only five years after power station on Niagara River in North America. We will visit one of over 30 monasteries built since 14th century in Ovcar – Kablar Gorge, also known as the “Serbian Mount Athos”. Dinner in a traditional restaurant, accommodation and overnight in Hotel Mona 4 star  in Zlatibor

DAY 4. – Western Serbia

Kokin Brod lake, Uvac Canyon and Natural Reserve tour. Visit to Kokin brod lake near Zlatibor. Fishing on the lake, relaxation and free time. Cruise on Uvac Canyon, the miracle of nature, special nature reserve. Special Nature Reserve is home to 104 species of birds of which the Eurasian Griffon–one of two remaining types of vultures–now reside. Another of the reserve’s unique features is the Uvac Canyon and its majestically meandering river valley. Here, you will find numerous caves varying in size from cavelets to the largest cave system yet to be discovered in Serbia–the 6,185 meter (3.8 mile) long Ushac cave system. This system boast a wealth of natural cave ornaments, from stalactites, stalagmites, and columns. Overnight in Zlatar.

DAY 5. – Southern Serbia

Ride to the southern Serbia and sightseeing of Devil’s Town – a peculiar rock formation, located in south Serbia on the Radan Mountain near Kuršumlija, and elected a nominee in the New Seven Wonders of Nature Campaign. It features 202 exotic formations described as earth pyramids or “towers”, as the locals refer to them. They are 2-15 meters tall and 4-6 meters wide at its base. These formations were created by strong erosions of the soil from intense volcanic activity millions of years ago – most of the towers have “caps” or “heads” of andesite, which protect them from further erosion. Since 1959, Devil’s Town has been protected by the State and in 1995, the Serbian Government declared it a major natural monument to be preserved. A natural spring is located beneath the formations and has high mineral concentration in two springs: Đavolja Voda – Devil’s Water, with extremely acidic water pH 1.5, and high mineral concentration 15 g/l of water, and Crveno Vrelo – Red Well. Overnight in Nis.

DAY 6. – Central Serbia

Check in at Vrnjacka Banja – combination of many natural beauties, sport activities, leisure, recreation and relaxation. Free tima for spa activities followed by traditional Serbian dinner. Overnight in Vrnjacka Banja hotel.

DAY 7. – Eastern Serbia

Sightseeing, Cruise and Spa in Eastern Serbia. Sightseeing of Golubac Fortress, one of the most beautiful medieval fortresses on the Danube, situated at the place where the Danube is widest – 6.5km; drive through Djerdap Gorge – Iron Gate, the largest gorge in Europe. Visit the Lepenski Vir Archeological site, the oldest urban settlement in Europe – 6.500 years b.c. and the oldest monolith sculptures in the world.

Three hours cruise from Donji Milanovac to Tekija near Kladovo Town, enjoy untouched nature and remains from the Roman period such as the Trajan’s Board: a Roman memorial plaque – “Tabula Traiana”, 4 meters wide and 1.75 meters high, commemorating the completion of Trajan’s military road on the Serbian side facing Romania where was the Roman bridge connecting today’s Serbian and Romanian territory.

Return from Tekija to Kladovo Town by transfer, check in at Aqua Star Danube Spa Resort followed by lunch. Free activities time at the Spa followed by an evening dinner and overnight.

DAY 8.

Departure to Belgrade. Transfer to the airport.
